We offer employees to you three different ways:

Temp-to-Hire
Temp-to-Hire allows you to (test drive) the candidate. This is an excellent way to hire an employee without a commitment. This allows you to hire them on a trial basis and determine if they are a fit for your company. Technical Search Consultants provides you with employees that meet or exceed your requirements. Normally after 90 days, you can hire this candidate full time at no additional cost to you. During the time, we are responsible for all payroll costs including Worker's Compensation.

Contract/Temporary
Contract employees are available to supplement your staff during heavy workloads, special projects or the absence of a key employee. Technical Search Consultants can provide long or short-term employees. Whether your need is for an Engineer, Machinist, or an Accountant, you can rest assured our screening and recruiting practices will produce a qualified candidate.

Direct Hire
If your need requires you to hire a full time employee, Technical Search Consultants will provide you with qualified candidates to interview and compare. Our extensive database and access to national web sites will assist in finding that perfect candidate. Our recruiting and screening practices will produce highly qualified employees, who have the experience you desire. Using our service will eliminate the need for costly advertising, initial screening, and reference checks.
