Our Business

Technical Search Consultants (TSC) was founded in 1988 in Cleveland, Ohio and eventually expanded to serve Northeast Ohio and Western Pennsylvania. As the demand for both permanent and temporary staff increased, we recognized the need for an organization that provides companies with highly-qualified employees to fill positions in office and administration, engineering, manufacturing, and information technology. This involves understanding job requirements, personally screening individual candidates, and building a rapport with both the employer and the job seeker. Through diligence and dedication, Technical Search Consultants has become a leader in the staffing industry!

Our Staff

Technical Search Consultants prides itself on having some of the longest tenured employees and partners on our staff. Between TSC and our sister company Onshore Momentum, we offer over 200 years of combined experience! Our talented Recruiters and Account Managers collaborate with employers during onsite meetings to learn about their hiring needs, employee benefits, and advancement opportunities. Our staff then accurately communicates that information to job candidates. Each candidate is individually screened to determine who is best qualified to fill a position opening. We also perform extensive personal interviews with candidates to understand their qualifications, career goals, and employment needs in order to match them with the right position at the right company.
